% 31.07.2017 The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 01.04.2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions JudgeIV/Special Judge (NDPS), South East District, Saket, New Delhi. However, he state that he has settled the matter with the respondent as per terms and conditions mentioned in Settlement Agreement dated 19.05.2017 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi. He further requests that the present matter may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 19.05.2017. He further undertakes to abide by all the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Agreement.

Respondent is present in Court today. He states that he has settled the matter with the petitioner as per terms and conditions mentioned in Settlement Agreement dated 19.05.2017 done in the Delhi High Court CRL.M.C. 1676/2016 Page No.1 of 2

Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi. He further undertakes to abide by all the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Agreement.

Statements of the parties have been recorded separately. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably settled the matter voluntarily and out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings.

The petition is disposed of.
