O R D E R

% 10.05.2018 Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners could not appear before the trial court as they had gone to London to attend cremation ceremony of their close relative. Learned senior counsel further submits that petitioners undertake to appear before the trial court on the date fixed, that is, 7th June, 2018.

It is further submitted that petitioners will not seek unnecessary exemptions from personal appearance. In view of the aforesaid undertakings, impugned orders are set aside, consequently, proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. are also quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
