Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, parents of the petitioner are present in Court. They state that the petitioner is major and they made all efforts to ensure that the petitioner has good education and is able to stand on her legs. However, since the petitioner now wants to live a life as she wants, they would not interfere in her life. Their only apprehension is that they may not be falsely implicated in future by the petitioner or anyone on whose behalf she is presently acting.

Petitioner, who is present in Court, states that she is major and she does not want to live with her parents now and would lead an independent life.

Petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have thus decided to live their lives independently and neither the petitioner will interfere in the lives of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 nor the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 will interfere in the life of petitioner.

As stated by learned proxy counsel for learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, on inquiry no apparent threat has been found to be extended to the petitioner and in view of the statements of the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 and 5, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in the present petition.

Petition is dismissed.
