% 12.02.2019 Rejoinder to the counter affidavit of respondent Nos. 1 to 10 has not been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authorised representative of the company had left and therefore the rejoinder could not be filed within the time granted and seeks further time to file the same.

Last and final opportunity is granted to the petitioner to file the rejoinder within four weeks. It is made clear that no further opportunity will be granted for filing the rejoinder. Re-notify on 15.04.2019.
