% 09.10.2018 The petitioners were granted interim protection on 11.05.2018. Mr.Akhtar, the learned counsel for the State, submits that due protection has been accorded to the petitioners. The Court would note that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Similar was the position on the last date.
Respondent No.5 - father of petitioner No. 1 is present in the Court. He says that he would like to meet his daughter - petitioner No.1 as he has not seen her since 11.05.2018.
Mr. Akhtar, the learned counsel for the State, submits that should petitioner No.1 be desirous of meeting her father and her other family members, an endeavour would be made to arrange such a meeting in the presence of the police officials.
In view of the above, no further orders are required. The petition stands disposed-off in terms of the order dated 11.05.2018. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
