% 13.09.2017 The present application has been filed under Section 439Cr.PC for seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 378/2016 under Sections 363/366/366A/370/376/34 IPC and Section 17 POCSO Act registered at Police Station - Anand Parbat.

Arguments have been heard in the application. The applicant is stated to be in judicial custody since 23.11.2016. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the nature and gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
