Pursuant to the order dated 24.9.2015, counsels for both the parties jointly state that the two sisters have affixed their signatures on the Relinquishment Deed and now only the formality left is of getting the said document registered.

Both the parties state that they shall appear before the SubRegistrar, Asaf Ali Road for the said purpose on 08.10.2015 at 10.00am.

As soon as the document in question is registered and a certified copy thereof is made available, the plaintiff shall file the same in Court and approach the Registry through counsel for release of the Bank CS(OS) 2394/2014 Page 1 of 2

Draft of Rs.2,50,000/- handed over by the other side and placed in a sealed cover.

Accordingly, the Settlement Agreement dated 29.4.2015 is taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions thereof. The suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Decree sheet be drawn accordingly.
