It is stated that in the title of the order dated 2nd February, 2018, the name of the plaintiff has been mentioned as 'Jainco Builtcon Pvt. Ltd.' when in fact the name of the plaintiff is 'Jainco Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.' 2.

The name of the plaintiff in the other orders is found to be appearing correctly and the mistake appears to have crept only in the order dated 2nd February, 2018.

The application is allowed and disposed of.

The name of the plaintiff, wherever appearing in the order dated 2nd February, 2018, as 'Jainco Builtcon Pvt. Ltd.' be read as 'Jainco Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.'.

The decree sheet be also prepared under the correct name of the plaintiff.
