% 29.04.2016 The review petition is premised on the fact that the original writ petitioner obtained fresh appointment in 2014. After the judgment on 06.11.2015 setting aside the termination was delivered, the said petitioner resigned from his fresh post. The relief claimed in these circumstances is whether the arrears of salary are ought to be paid. Counsel for the original writ petitioner appears on advance notice and submits that the fresh appointment was obtained on 30.08.2014 and the relief of 50% back wages would still survive for the period 10.09.2011 to 30.08.2014. This contention appears justified. In the circumstances, the judgment of this Court dated 06.11.2015-as far as it relates to the petitioner in W.P.(C) No. 4872/2012 i.e. Ajit Kumar is

concerned, would be modified. 50% of back wages would be payable to the said writ petitioner from 10.09.2011 to 30.08.2014. In all other respects, the writ petitioner, Mr. Ajit Kumar, would be treated as being in continuous employment of the CISF from the date he was originally appointed to the post of Sub-Inspector/Executive i.e 16/09/2009.
