None is present on behalf of the petitioner, despite pass over. 2.
On 31st January, 2017 following order was passed: "The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he is the proxy counsel for the petitioner and is not aware of the details of the case. He also submits that some restoration application is pending.
It is obvious that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case. The application for restoration of the petitioner, which was dismissed in default on 20.05.2016, was allowed on 27.05.2016. On that date, i.e. 27.05.2016, notice was issued to the respondents but till date no process fee has been filed.
Subject to payment of cost of Rs.3,000/-, which would be paid to the Delhi High Court Legal Aid Service, issue fresh notice to the respondents through ordinary process and speed post, returnable for 15.05.2017.
It is made clear that in case the cost is not paid and the process fee is not filed, the petition will be dismissed" CM(M) 504/2016

As per the report the petitioner has failed to comply with the above order as neither the cost has been paid nor the process fee is filed by the petitioner.
