This application has been moved seeking condonation of the delay of 758 days caused in the preferment of the instant Letters Patent Appeal. The disclosures which are made in the affidavit filed in support of this application is that although the judgment dated 03 March 2014 was implemented by the respondents only after certain additional litigation was instituted, the appeal could not be filed within time since the appellant was "involved with some family problems". 2.

In the absence of any cogent reason having been assigned, we find ourselves unable to consider the prayer for condonation of delay. The application shall stand dismissed.
