% 02.05.2016 The present appeal is directed against a common judgment and order dated 08.01.2015 of the Single Judge in W.P.(C)1337/2014 and other connected cases. That common judgment was a subject matter of the appeal before the Division Bench in Govt. of NCT of Delhi v. Ms. Jharna Bannerjee - LPA 855/2015 and connected cases which were dismissed by a common reasoned judgment on 17.02.2016.
