% 31.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner, has sought various reliefs but the primary relief, which has been pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of arguments is that, the respondents be directed to decide the petitioner‟s appeal dated 28.08.2017.
Ms.Arunima Dwivedi, learned counsel, who appears on advance notice for the respondents submits that in view of the fact that the petitioner‟s appeal has already been pending for some time, the respondent no.1 will take expeditious steps to dispose of its appeal. She prays for and is granted 12 weeks time for the respondent no.1 to take a considered decision on the petitioner‟s appeal, by following due procedure of law.
Needless to say, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by the
decision of the respondent no.1, it will be open for the petitioner to take legal recourse as permissible under law. The present petition is disposed of in the above terms. MAY 31, 2018/sr REKHA PALLI, J
