Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and has handed over the status report on affidavit which is taken on record. Copy of the same be furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 15th March, 2016 in LPA No.177/2016 the Division Bench granted status quo order in respect of the ground and first floor of property bearing No.692, Gali Tehsildar, Chandni Mahal, Delhi but there is no stay order with respect to the fourth and fifth floors of the subject property. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the appropriate action with respect to fourth and fifth floors shall be taken within a period of four weeks from today.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent.

The respondent shall remain bound by the statement made before this Court.
