% 20.12.2018 Parties have entered into a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Settlement Agreement dated 17.12.2018 is on record.

In terms of the settlement agreement, learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that she would like to withdraw the present suit without prejudice to her rights and contentions.

The suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for defendants No. 1 to 3 states that in terms of the settlement, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, defendant No. 1 to 3 would also like to withdraw the counter-claim. Counter claim is dismissed as withdrawn.

The parties shall be entitled to refund of the court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.
