Since no assets of the judgment-debtors are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, learned counsel for the decree-holder seeks transfer of the decree to the appropriate Court at Kolkata. 2.

In view of the request of learned counsel for the decree-holder, the execution petition is transferred to the appropriate Courts at Kolkata under Section 39 of the CPC.
