% 22.01.2019 Learned counsel for the parties submit that during the pendency of the petition, the respondents have given a Demand Draft of Rs.14,00,000/- and a cheque of Rs.1,00,000/- prior to the filing of the petition, totalling to an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- to the petitioners. The Demand Draft and the cheque have been encashed. Today, on asking, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over the copy of TDS certificate to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. VINOD GOEL, J.
