By the present petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the petitioner seeks transfer of the petition bearing HMA No.938/2015 titled as Shri Girish Dhulekar vs. Smt. Meghna Dhulekar pending in the court of the Principal Judge, Shahdara District, Family Court, Karkardooma Delhi to the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi.

It is stated that the marriage between the parties was solemnized at Preet Vihar, Delhi and they last resided together in Dilshad Garden, till October, 2012. The respondent has now filed a petition under Section 13(1)(1a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, seeking dissolution of the marriage before the Principal Judge, Shahdara District Family Court, Karkardooma. 3.
It is averred that the petitioner is residing in Janakpuri, New Delhi and the respondent is residing at Mumbai. It is also stated that the petitioner has a small male child aged about three years who is in the custody of the
petitioner and the petitioner is employed in Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurgaon and the petitioner has to travel from Janakpuri to her office and also at times, she has to drop the child to school. Hence, transfer is sought. 4.
Respondent is served and no one is present on behalf of the respondent.

Accordingly, the petition HMA No.938/2015, titled as Shri Girish Dhulekar vs. Smt. Meghna Dhulekar, stands transferred from the court of the Principal Judge, Shahdara District, Family Court, Karkardooma to the court of the Principal Judge, Family Courts, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 6.
Parties may appear before the Principal Judge, Family Courts, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 25th November, 2016.

The petition stands disposed of.
