The present application has been filed by the respondents praying inter alia that the time granted to the respondents vide order dated 11.05.2018 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2018 may be extended.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/non-applicant accepts notice and states that vide order dated 11.05.2018, the respondents were granted eight weeks time to decide the petitioner's representation, which had expired on 10.07.2018 and by now three more weeks have expired, but no steps have been taken by the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation. W.P.(C) 5082/2018

For the reasons stated in the application, last opportunity of six weeks reckoned from today is granted to the respondents to comply with the order dated 11.05.2018.
