% 21.03.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners at this stage wishes to withdraw the present contempt petition. He, however, states that if the Director of Education determines that certain amount is due and payable by the respondent/school, then he would file a fresh contempt petition. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent/school states that excess payment has been made to the petitioners. In view thereof, present contempt is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh contempt petition in the event the Director of Education determines that certain amount is due and payable by the respondent/school to the petitioners.
