% 02.09.2016 Learned counsel for respondent No.1-GNCT of Delhi has handed over a copy of the letter dated 30th August, 2016 by virtue of which the petitioner's representation for sponsorship for allotment of land has been rejected. In view of the aforesaid communication, present contempt petition is closed and the notices issued are discharged.

However, petitioner is given liberty to challenge the letter dated 30th August, 2016 in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
