1. It is stated that the refund order has been issued. The refund amount with interest due thereon i directed to be paid directly to the Petitioner‟s account not later than one week from today.

2. The writ petition is disposed of. If there is any error in the calculation of interest, it will be open to the Petitioner to first approach the Value Added Tax Officer first for rectification and thereafter, if no relief is granted, to approach this Court.
