Steps have also not been taken by the petitioner for the service of the respondent No.2.

Status report has been filed on behalf of the State which states as under:
"That Anchal Sharma, petitioner herein has filed a complaint vide Dy. No. 71-DR/SHO/B.H. Rao at Police Station Bara Hindu Rao wherein she reported that her father is not happy with her due to her marriage. On 24.04.2016 and then on 25.04.2016, her father has met her and extended threats to break up her marriage. So she made the complaint seeking protection from her father. Enquiry on grounds of complaint was conducted, during which statements of the complainant was recorded herein she repeated her complaint but said that now she does not have any complaint against her father nor wants any police action. However during enquiry the mobile phone numbers of the Beat Staff and SHO has been given to her to contact in any need."
