% 18.02.2016 This is a suit for recovery valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that defendant is located at Green Park which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, Delhi. Ld. counsel for plaintiff requests for a short date on the ground that plaintiff is an 80 years old lady.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge District Court (South), Saket, Delhi on 18.04.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
