% 18.07.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 17.01.2013 passed by the Estate Officer under Section 5 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971. The appellate body of an order passed by the Estate Officer is admittedly the District Judge. Appeal is maintainable under Section 9 of the said Act. This petition is not maintainable. Dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law.
