% 20.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Estate Officer under Section 5 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupant), Act 1971. This order was passed on 17.01.2013. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this writ petition has been filed after a huge delay for which there appears to be no explanation. His second submission is that the appeal against this order lies before the District Judge under Section 9 of the said Act. Noting these above submissions, this Court is of the view that this petition is not maintainable. It is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
