% 27.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of his application filed before the respondents dated 19.04.2016 seeking permission to allow the construction in Camp No. 2, A-Block, Nanagloi, Delhi has not been answered. Petitioner has no other option than to approach the Court.

On advance notice counsel for respondent no. 1 has put in appearance. His submission is that application be filed in proper format in accordance with chapter Building Bylaws 2016 (which had been notified only in July 2016).

Petitioner is accordingly advised to make application in the requisite format with liberty granted as aforenoted.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
