By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file special leave petition and maintain social ties. 2.
On a notice being issued a status report has been filed as per which the family of the petitioner comprised of his wife and three children and they are residing in Village Dhauj, Billa Colony, Sector-55, Faridabad, Haryana. 3.
As per the nominal roll the petitioner was earlier released on interim bail during the pendency of the appeal and was also granted furlough by the competent authority which concession he did not misuse. 4.
On the last date of hearing, this Court did not grant parole to the petitioner for the reason the co-convict Iqbal @ Billi was granted parole for a period of four weeks on the said date, that is, 26th July, 2018 in W.P. (Crl.) No.1199/2018.

As per the nominal roll sent to this Court Iqbal @ Billi has since surrendered to custody, thus this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
