% 18.05.2018 It is urged by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant that there is an error apparent on the face of the record in the impugned order, inasmuch as, that the learned Single Judge mistakenly arrived at the finding that there was a delay of more than seven years in asserting his rights for being granted the benefit of the selection post. In this view of the matter, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, after some arguments seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file an application seeking review of the order impugned in the present appeal.

Leave and liberty granted.
