Counsel for the plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw the present suit as he states that a comprehensive suit for seeking partition of the estate of late Shri K.L. Nagpal was instituted by the plaintiffs after instituting the present suit, registered as CS(OS) 335/2011, which is listed at Item No.37 in today's cause list and is being pursued by the plaintiffs.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.
