This order is in continuation of the order dated 3rd May, 2015, on which date the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought to confine the relief in the present petition to prayer clause (d) alone, whereunder a writ of mandamus has been prayed for issuing directions to the respondents to constitute a Review Medical Board with a specialist doctor from the orthopedic field to examine the petitioner, as it is his plea that no specialist was made a part of the Review Medical Board, held on 21st August, 2011 and 29th November, 2014.

Today, learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the medical proceedings held on 29th November, 2014 to state that Dr. W.P.(C) 3789/2016
Pawan Kumar, Orthopedic Surgeon, Referral Hospital, ITBP, Tigri, New Delhi was associated with the CISF Medical Board proceedings and he had opined that the petitioner had been operated for a total hip replacement surgery and recommended that he should be placed in Shape-A-3. Copy of the aforesaid document is taken on record with a copy furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
In view of the aforesaid document, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the respondents with a request for conducting a Review Medical Board comprising of a specialist doctor in the field for verifying the petitioner's present medical condition.

As and when the petitioner submits such a representation, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondents in accordance with the law under written intimation to him.
