O R D E R

% 02.08.2016 The applicant seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. apprehending arrest in case FIR No. 65/2016 under Sections 341/323/308/34 IPC registered at PS Kanjhawala.

The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the chargesheet already stands filed and thus the investigation is complete. He further submits that prime accused is in custody, whereas two other accused, namely, Farman and Maksood, who are similarly situated as the applicant with regard to their role in the incident, have already been granted bail. This position is not disputed by the learned APP.

In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. In case of arrest of the applicant, the applicant shall be released on bail upon his furnishing a

personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The aforesaid is subject to the condition that the applicant shall not get in touch with and try to influence the prosecution witnesses.

The bail application stands disposed of.
