% 10.08.2018 Status report and the nominal roll have been handed over in Court, which are taken on record.
By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground to re-establish social ties and also challenges the order dated 19th April, 2018 rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of parole, as the petitioner is a BC of PS Nangloi.
A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that after the application of the petitioner for parole was rejected, petitioner has been granted furlough for a period of two weeks by the Director General (Prisons) with effect from 25th June, 2018 to 09th July, 2018. Since after the rejection of the parole, the petitioner has already been granted furlough to re-establish social ties, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
