% 16.03.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a technical defect in the petition.

He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. It is observed that notices were directed to be issued to respondent No.2, however, there is no service report qua service of notices on respondent No.2.

In view of the above, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner, as prayed for.
