% 11.08.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Settlement Agreement dated 7th May, 2015. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement.

I find terms of the settlement to be lawful.

Settlement Agreement has been signed by the parties as well as their counsels and also Mediator. Settlement Agreement is marked as 'Mark C1'. Decree is passed in terms of 'Mark C-1', which shall form part of the decree.

Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
