% 17.08.2017 It is pointed out that the objections against the award dated 18.03.2013 were dismissed by the concerned ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi vide judgment dated 10.12.2015. The appeal against the said judgment dated 10.12.2015 was allowed by this court by quashing the order dismissing the objections and remanding the matter back to the concerned court of ADJ. In view of the above, the present execution petition would not lie. The petition stands disposed of accordingly with liberty to the petitioner to take steps as per law when the eventuality arises.
