% 13.02.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners has taken instructions, as per which the petitioners are getting water supply from 4.30 am to 6.30 am in the morning. She further states, that even though the respondents have taken stand in the petition that they are providing water supply between 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm, she complains that no such water supply is being provided in the evening.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Delhi Jal Board, on instructions, states that because of low pressure, the water is not reaching the premises of the petitioners herein. She states, remedial measures shall be

taken to ensure smooth supply of water in the evening also. Noting the above, if the petitioners are still aggrieved by non supply of water in the evening, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file an application for revival of the present petition.
