The instant application is filed by the Petitioner for the restoration of the Writ Petition to its original number. The Writ Petition was dismissed in default and for non-prosecution vide order dated 24.07.2025. The said order is reproduced hereinbelow;- "1. Order sheets reveal that there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 05.05.20205 and 08.05.2025. Even today, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner in the first round, therefore, the matter was passed over. Even in second round, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in default and for nonprosecution." 2.

The reasons given in the application is only for non-appearance on 24.07.2025.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application giving reasons as to why the Petitioner was not present on the aforementioned dates.
