% 21.01.2020 This petition challenges the order dated 21.04.2017 passed by the respondent no. 1 closing the complaint filed by the petitioner against the respondent no.2.

The learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that the respondent no. 2 has died on 18.07.2017 and, accordingly, his name has been removed from the register of members of respondent no. 1 with effect from 01.08.2017.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of.
