% 01.09.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner state that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of a settlement with the complainant and since the present petition seeks quashing of FIR No.188/2012 under Sections 316/34 IPC registered at PS Subzi Mandi wherein charge-sheet has been filed for offence punishable under Section 323 IPC, he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when settlement is arrived at between the parties. Leave and liberty granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
