% 01.11.2018 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 25.10.2018. Defendant has also handed over in court today a demand draft for a sum of Rs.1,11,000 towards full and final settlement of the claims of the plaintiff on account of damages for the losses suffered by the plaintiff including legal costs etc. The terms and conditions of the settlement are spelt out in paragraph 6 of the settlement agreement. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. A decree is passed in terms of paragraph 6 of the Settlement Agreement. Suit stands disposed of. Plaintiff shall also be entitled to refund of court fee under section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.

Suit stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
