O R D E R

% 21.03.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by certain illegal and unauthorized construction which has been carried out at property bearing No.102223, Gali Chabuk Sawar, Bazar Lal Kuan, Delhi. It is pointed out that this unauthorized and illegal construction is against all the bye laws of the Corporation; it is a collusion between the private respondent namely respondent nos.2 to 4 and the statutory bodies. On advance notice learned counsels for respondent no.1/North DMC as also respondent no.5 have put in appearance. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that illegal deviations qua the first floor of this property had been noted for which a show cause notice had been given on 12.01.2017; demolition notice has also been issued on 23.01.2017; this was not only qua the ground floor but also

on the first floor and second floor as illegal deviations have been noted therein also.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 points out that the demolition programme has been fixed as per the monthly schedule of the Department. All actions which have been initiated shall be taken to their ultimate goal. This statement of the department is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this statement shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Needless to state that this shall be after due notice to the private respondent i.e. respondent nos.2 to 4. Police assistance/assistance of local SHO shall be given to the respondent no.1 as and when so desired.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
