% 23.04.2018 CM APPL. 15685/2018 in RFA 450/2013 This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC for withdrawal of the present appeal. The matter has been compromised between the parties. It is submitted that as per the settlement, the Respondents had to pay a sum of Rs.55 Lakhs and the same has been received by the Appellant and the Appellant has also handed over the keys of one room of the portion of the house bearing no.61/29, Ground Floor, Ramjas Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-5.

In view of the facts stated in the application and in view of the settlement, the application is allowed and disposed of. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
