% 04.12.2015 The respondents have agreed to grant the family pension. In these circumstances, the main claim in the petition has been rendered infructuous.

Having regard to the circumstances, the respondents are directed to pay interest at the rate of 10% for a period of three years i.e. in respect of arrears on or after 01.01.2015. The petition is allowed in the above terms.
