W.P.(C) 3883/2016 & CM Appl. 16472/2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging Memorandum dated 14th March, 2016 whereby the examination taken by the petitioner during the entire year have been cancelled and further the petitioner has been debarred from appearing in any examination of the University for one year on the ground of unfair means during the third term LL.B. examination 2015. Since the use of unfair means is an admitted position, this Court is of the view that petitioner is not entitled to any relief. However, as this Court finds that the petitioner's representations dated 14th March and 22nd March,
2016 have not been disposed of, this Court directs the Executive Council to decide the said representations as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks.
With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition and application stand disposed of.
