% 23.03.2017 Petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that he has to appear in B.A. first year examination scheduled to be held from 12th April, 2017 till 27th April, 2017. Admittedly, petitioner was released on interim bail on earlier occasions also. He surrendered after the completion of interim bail period. State has verified the fact regarding the petitioner's examination. Keeping in mind the totality of the circumstances, petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of three weeks from 8th April, 2017 onwards, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
