The present transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of Civil Suit No.2031/2013 (new No.7100/2016) titled as 'Dr.Ramesh Kaul vs. Dr.Neerja Kaul & Anr.' presently pending in the Court of Sh.Ajay Pandey, ADJ-05, South District, Saket to the Court of Ms.Neelofer Abida Perveen, South-East District, Saket, Delhi where Civil Suit No.939/2013 (new No.11746/2016) titled as 'Dr.Ramesh Kaul vs. Dr.Neerja Kaul & Anr.' between the same parties is pending. 2.

Heard. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no TR.P.(C.) 50/2017

objection if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed and Civil Suit No.2031/2013 (new No.7100/2016) titled as 'Dr.Ramesh Kaul vs. Dr.Neerja Kaul & Anr.' pending in the Court of Sh.Ajay Pandey, ADJ-05, South District, Saket is transferred to the Court of Ms.Neelofer Abida Perveen, South-East District, Saket, Delhi where connected matter between the same parties i.e. Civil Suit No.939/2013 (new No.11746/2016) titled as 'Dr.Ramesh Kaul vs. Dr.Neerja Kaul & Anr.' is pending. 3.

In view of the above submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, Civil Suit No.2031/2013 (new No.7100/2016) titled as 'Dr.Ramesh Kaul vs. Dr.Neerja Kaul & Anr.' is withdrawn from the Court of Sh.Ajay Pandey, ADJ-05, South District, Saket and is assigned/transferred to the Court of Ms.Neelofer Abida Perveen, South-East District, Saket, Delhi where Civil Suit No.939/2013 (new No.11746/2016) titled as 'Dr.Ramesh Kaul vs. Dr.Neerja Kaul & Anr.' is pending, for disposal in accordance with law.

It is informed that next date of hearing in Civil Suit No.939/2013 (new No.11746/2016) pending before the Court of Ms.Neelofer Abida Perveen, South-East District, Saket, Delhi is 19th May, 2017. 5.

Parties are directed to appear before the transferee Court on 19th May, 2017.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms. 7.

Copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties. A copy of this order be also sent to the Courts concerned through concerned District Judge.
