Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are present in Court and state that they have not been able to find the whereabouts of the respondent No.2. 3.

Petition is thus dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the FIR in question on the basis of settlement as and when the respondent No.2 is available and a settlement is arrived at between the parties.
