2. Mr Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that he will provide the details of the FIR in which the Petitioner's daughter has been arrested. He further states that presently the Petitioner's daughter being a juvenile is lodged in Nari Niketan from where she will be produced before the Juvenile Justice Board - II ('JJB-II'), Delhi for further proceedings.

3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

4. Dismissed as withdrawn.
