% 09.05.2017 The petitioners were apprehending trouble at the hands of respondent nos.2 & 3 for their having married each other against the wishes of respondent nos.2 & 3.

Today no such apprehension exists.

This Court has interacted with Shivani, petitioner no.1, who submits that now there is no threat. Perhaps, the marriage has been accepted by the respondent nos.2 & 3.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
